As discussed earlier, I usually make a drink exactly as called for the first time, and then change it up slightly to suit what I have on hand. While this cocktail calls for Tempus Fugit Gran Classico Bitters, I used #Aperol. IT WAS DELICIOUS! This drink makes me reconsider #Gin as a summer only spirit – I will happily consume this cocktail any time of the year. I d
