About Me

Hi, I'm Kate. I am an enthusiastic amateur gardener, mixologist, drinker of drinks, cook, skin-care lover, and home decorator. I

am not an expert in any of these things but truly enjoy them all.

I split my time between homes in New Jersey and Vermont and have gardens at each home.  There is always some work or project to do but it's a labor of love and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Luckily, the cocktail making and drinking can be done just about anywhere and I am grateful for that. 

I’m really glad you’re here. Stay awhile, read along, feel free to cheer for the successes and laugh along with the things that don’t go as planned. We can learn together every step of the way.
